Rates – 2026
Yiayia’s Cottage offers weekly summer rentals, with rates varying by date range. Your total includes the nightly rental rate, a one-time cleaning fee, and applicable taxes.
During the summer season, Yiayia’s Cottage is rented on aSunday-to-Sunday weekly basis only. This ensures every guest has time to fully enjoy the cottage, the beach, and all that Grand Haven offers.
Booking Policies
Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
No pets
No smoking (indoors or outdoors)
50% deposit required to secure reservation
Remainder + cleaning/taxes due 20 days before check-in
$700 refundable security deposit due separately by check
No cancellations; rebooking attempt made if you cannot attend
