Yes. A $2,500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates, with the balance due 20 days before check-in.
Yes. A separate $700 check is required as a refundable security deposit for damages.

We do not permit cancellations. If you can’t attend, we will attempt to rebook your week. Any difference in rental income will be your responsibility.
